Each session includes:

• Pre-session interview and intention setting

• Full QHHT hypnosis journey

• Access to the Subconscious / Higher Self

• Audio recording of your session

• Integration guidance following the session

This work is not rushed and cannot be condensed.

Because of the depth involved, only a limited number of QHHT sessions are offered each month.

QHHT is best suited for individuals who are prepared to take responsibility for their healing and are open to profound insight and change.

• understand that healing is a collaborative process
• are ready for depth rather than entertainment

This work is not appropriate for those seeking quick fixes, validation, or constant reassurance.

How do I know if I’m ready for a QHHT session?

You are likely ready if:

• you feel called rather than curious
• you are willing to hear truth, not just comfort
• you are prepared to integrate insights into your life
• you can sit with uncertainty and inner exploration

If you feel urgency, desperation, or pressure to book immediately, it is best to pause.

How many sessions will I need?

Most people experience QHHT as a single, complete session.

Additional work, if appropriate, is determined after integration. There is no expectation or requirement for repeat sessions.

Do you offer emergency, crisis, or on-call support?

No.

This work is not crisis counseling, medical care, or emergency support.

If you are experiencing emotional or psychological distress, please seek appropriate professional care.

Can I contact you between sessions?

Support is provided within scheduled sessions only.

Ongoing communication, emotional processing, or follow-up outside agreed sessions is not available unless part of an Integration Container.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Because of the time, preparation, and energetic commitment involved:

• Sessions require advance payment
• Rescheduling must be requested with reasonable notice
• Late cancellations may not be refunded
